10 Tips to Lose Weight


Indonesia is famous for its many culinary and typical of each region. I am a person who loved to eat as long as Halal Spend it all on again plus more if you play games or watch a ball must have an accompanying snacks and consequently I am just getting fatter and I figure out how to lose weight. 6. Cardio exercise (jogging, running, swimming, jump rope, treadmill)

8. A healthy walk

10. Enjoy your life
